07:30pm ET - Tuesday, November 24, 2020 - Hatha Flow - 60 Minute Class
Let's flow together through a medium pace practice, with a wide range of postures. Moving in and out of poses slowly, with strong focus on safe alignment, and connecting the breath to our body movement. This Hatha Flow will help you develop strength, flexibility and mindfulness over time. Modifications will be offered throughout the class, helping you find more ease and comfort in your practice!
This skill level of class is: All Levels.
Equipment needed: Mat | Blocks | Straps | Some substitutions acceptable.
