Emily began her yoga practice in 2013, after surgery from a sports injury. Over the years yoga has helped her regain body strength, balance and flexibility. For Emily, yoga was a lifestyle that quickly turned into a serious passion she wanted to share with others. Emily is trained as a Hatha and Vinyasa teacher, focusing on breathe work, alignment, and finding safer ways for you to move at home. Her teaching style demonstrates how yoga can improve overall physical performance and decrease chance of future injuries. Emily believes yoga is for everyone of all levels, and focuses her intension in creating a safe, comfortable space for all to enjoy yoga at home.
